On this screen you can adjust the volume and the pan (stereo position) of each channel.

LEVEL
Adjusts the volume of the corresponding channel. MASTER adjusts the overall volume.

SOLO
Allows only the sound of the corresponding channel to be heard.

MUTE
Silences the corresponding channel.

PAN
Adjusts the stereo position of the corresponding channel.

EFFECT MIX
Specifies the amount of sound that's sent from the corresponding channel to the master effect.

EFFECT
Specifies whether the master effect will be applied to sound from the corresponding channel.

MASTER EFFECT
This area lets you adjust master effect settings. Explanations of the effect types and parameters are provided here.

ALL MUTE/SOLO OFF
Turns off the MUTE setting and the SOLO setting for all channels.

TUBE GAIN
Adjusts the level where the final output signal is passed through Virtual Valve Force, which simulates a vacuum tube circuit. This lets you increase the overall loudness of the sound.
The sound may distort if you apply this excessively.
